I'm Emily; trainer, facilitator, author, and musical theatre enthusiast.
I started my career in financial services, fell into facilitation by accident, and never looked back. Since then I've worked on innovation projects all over the world, trained over 1,000 facilitators, built and led an award-winning training business, and written a book about what great facilitation actually looks like.
